Moving towards a healthier future. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists design individualised exercise programs that improve strength, fitness, mobility, and overall wellbeing while supporting long-term health outcomes.

Who can access your services?
Our services are available to NDIS participants who have funding for Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Positive Behaviour Support or other eligible supports. We work with children, adolescents and adults across metropolitan, regional and rural South Australia.
How do I make a referral?
Referrals can be made by participants, family members, carers, support coordinators, allied health professionals, hospitals or other service providers. Simply contact our team by phone, email or through our website, and we’ll guide you through the referral process.
Do you provide services via telehealth?
Yes. We offer both face-to-face and telehealth appointments where appropriate, making it easier for participants throughout South Australia to access our services and receive ongoing support.
